Healthy Sugar Cravings

Things I LOVE to eat when I am craving sugar!

2. Quest Bars, they are good for you- filled with tons of protein, fiber, and they are low carb and low fat! They taste like a candy bar, also sold at Nutrishop Murrieta!



3. Dark Chocolate Almonds, almonds are great for you, and so is a little dark chocolate! You can buy them or make them yourself!




4. Sweet Potatoe Brownies!!! These are time consuming for me to make, since I am not a great baker but I love them and the whole family gobbles them up!

Family Fit Time

We love to workout together! The boys love building obstacle courses for each other with our equipment! So we recorded a few of the things we do! It's so important to get up and do something active with your kids! Chose something you all like to do!!

What's for Lunch?

I love food!! That is why I love Eating Clean because it allows me to enjoy flavorful, nutrient-rich food!!
Spicy Chicken Salad:
(Everything was purchased from Trader Joes)
-Spicy Jalapeño Chicken Sausage
-Organic yellow bell pepper
-Organic white mushroom
Cut and Sauté all of them together in a nonstick pan(then you don't have to use an oil)
Once cooked put on top of Organic spinach

Vitamix is #1 in my book!

Are you kidding me!?!?! Vitamix Company, I am so not worthy!! Here's my story....I received my fabulous Vitamix last Christmas from my sister!!! I have always wanted one but could never bring myself to spend the money on one! After using it just the first day, I sang to my Vitamix - "where have you been all my life.." These two videos below show a fabulous upper body workout, which you can modify on your knees and it shows a good butt and leg video! You want to do about 12 reps of each exercise and perform 3 sets!
